WPEP Membership Eligibility Requirements

Wharton Private Equity Partners is open to private equity investment professionals who have graduated from The Wharton School or the University of Pennsylvania who are investing third party capital in deals. Private equity professionals investing in venture capital, growth capital, mezzanine capital, buyouts, or secondaries as a general partner are eligible. Also, limited partners of funds and professionals who manage third party fund-of-funds targeting the private equity space are eligible.

At this time, advisors, investment bankers, placement agents, senior lenders, lawyers, consultants, accountants, and other service providers are welcome to participate in many of the club events, and sponsor events, but are structured so that these candidates currently cannot join as members.

Please fill out your entire user profile so that the So Cal WPEP Membership Committee can review your application for approval. If further clarification is needed, the So Cal WPEP Administrator will contact you. Once approved, you will receive an email from the committee.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

-You must be a paid member of the Wharton Club of Southern California.

-You must be a Wharton or University of Pennsylvania Alumnus in good standing.

-You must be a paid member of Wharton Private Equity Partners .
