Fadel Lawandy is Director at the C. Larry Hoag Center for Real Estate and Finance and the Janes Financial Center at Chapman University where he is Associate Professor of Finance and Real Estate Clinical Faculty. In addition to his academic roles, Fadel collaborates with President Emeritus Jim Doti and Professor Raymond Sfeir to prepare and present Chapman University's A. Gary Anderson Economic Forecast. He is also on the board of Partners Bank of California and has authored articles in the OCBJ, OC Register and LA Times. He has over twenty-eight years of experience in the financial industry with expertise in banking, credit management, commercial/residential real estate acquisition and financing, business lending, mergers and acquisitions, quantitative and qualitative analysis and research, and portfolio management. Fadel holds a B.S./B.A. degree from the George L.
