Re-igniting Your Career in the “New Normal”

Now in our third year of the pandemic, the “new normal” appears to be taking shape. As immediate concerns about Covid and Omicron wane, many business professionals are now struggling with how to re-ignite career momentum lost during the last several years. The Wharton Club of Chicago is pleased to offer a timely webinar with proven insights, strategies, and actions for re-igniting your career momentum. The content shared in this webinar will position you for further advancement, job satisfaction, and increased compensation amidst ongoing uncertainties. To preserve sufficient opportunity for group interaction participation is limited to the first 15 Wharton Club alumni registered for this event.

The “Re-igniting Your Career" webinar has been designed for our membership by Chris Nadherny, a former 30-year C-Suite search consultant and Partner with Spencer Stuart.  During his tenure in search Chris assessed, positioned, and presented over 6,000 senior executives. He tracked the careers of many of these professionals through multiple economic cycles. As a result of this experience, he developed a unique understanding and perspective about the formation, growth, and maintenance of successful careers. During the last 5 years he has served as a career coach to over 300 senior and top executives nationally.

During this webinar Chris will share a proven and straight forward framework for understanding how to build and maintain career momentum, as well as, 6 key levers for effectively building present and future momentum.  The webinar will conclude with 5 breakout groups, with each group discussing solutions for one of five key “new normal” or remote and hybrid work challenges, namely – Visibility, Relationships, Impact, Alignment, and Commitment. These solutions and ideas will be shared with the broader group. Time permitting, this will be followed by a Q&A.
