The Wharton Club of Southern California Orange County invites all Wharton and Penn members and Wharton and Penn non-members and their guest to join us for a special Holiday Cocktail Reception and Dinner Party at Andrei's Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails in Irvine, CA. Come enjoy mingling with old friends and meet some new ones at the pre-dinner cocktail reception at the Tower Room bar on the second floor and then (optionally) stay for a sit down dinner in the Tower Room on the second floor. We will have a semi-private space with two tables of 10 allowing for you to meet everyone and celebrate the holiday in style.

What: Wharton OC Holiday Dinner Party (Irvine)
Where: Andrei's Conscious Cuisine and Cocktails, 2607 Main Street, Irvine, CA 92614 (This is an indoor event)
When: Tuesday, December 17, 2024, 5pm to 8pm PST Cocktail reception at the bar 5pm (no host cash bar), dinner at 6pm, dessert at 7pm, drinks from 5pm to 8pm.)
Everyone is invited to the cocktail reception (no host cash bar) (RSVP required).
Why: Celebrate the holidays with friends and colleagues in Orange County. No need to travel to Santa Monica or La Canada Flintridge if you work or live in Orange or San Diego Counties!
Attire: Holiday Festive. Dress to impress.
Costs:
Cocktail Reception No Host Cash Bar ONLY (Appetizers included for cocktail reception): Members $10, Non-Members $20. Limit 1 guest per member or non-member. Both member/non-member and guest each must have a RECEPTION ticket.
Cocktail Reception No Host Cash Bar AND Sit Down Dinner (Drinks included for dinner): Members $150, Non-Members* $190. Limit 1 guest per member or non-member. Both member/non-member and guest each must have a DINNER ticket.
Reception includes appetizer (drinks NOT included; no host bar for reception). Reception INCLUDED for free if you purchase a DINNER ticket (drinks NOT included; no host bar for reception).
Sit Down Dinner includes appetizer, salad, dinner (choice of entree), one alcoholic beverage (premium beer or top shelf wine), soft drinks (Coca Cola product (Sprite, Diet Coke, Coke, Lemonade), coffee, tea, water).
Valet parking recommended and available (not included); self parking available (not included). (Valet parking is FREE from 5-6pm but NOT thereafter; valet pricing applies to valet parking after 6pm).
RSVP Required, No Walk Ins Allowed. All tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another Wharton alumni.
* Purchase a Recent Grad (0-5 years, WG20 or W'20 or later) or Regular Membership Bundle (6+ years, WG19 or W'19 or earlier) and you and your guest can each attend the event at the member price and receive 1 year of membership benefits** .

About the Host:
Omar Shaikh WG22
Omar Shaikh is the Wharton OC Events Co-Leader along with Sing Ling. Omar is a seasoned technology professional with over 12 years of experience. His background includes product management, technology consulting, and enterprise sales. He is currently a Customer Solutions Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) supporting Pharma/Life Science clients. Omar holds an MBA from Wharton and a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy (West Point). When he is not working, you can find him playing with his dogs or enjoying an OC beach.
