The Wharton Club of Southern California Women’s Network is excited to host a special networking event, open to men and women, to discuss ageism and its impact on our careers and personal lives on Thursday, December 7th at 8am PST.
Have you ever had the feeling that the world decided you were not the right age to be a CEO, founder, entrepreneur or parent? Ageism can nefariously impact us at any stage of our career, no matter our gender or field. All of us have been told we were too young or too old for a specific role, don’t have enough experience, or too much experience. How have you combatted this bias? We look forward to hearing different perspectives on the topic.
