Ben Francois, Managing Partner
As Managing Partner, Ben is involved in all firm and investment activities including acting as a key business partner to our portfolio company leaders. Prior to Carmelina, he was President of Canterbury Consulting, a $16 billion institutional investment advisory firm where he successfully executed a multi-year growth strategy. Previously, he was with Bunker Hill Capital, a private equity fund and SFP, a single family office where he executed direct investments and operated portfolio companies. He is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) as well as the Young Leaders Circle of The Milken Institute. Ben received a BA in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California where he was a Dean’s Scholar, and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
