Josh Eisenberg is a Wharton alum who works across private markets in two complementary capacities. He advises investment managers on capital raising and investor outreach, while also supporting founder-led businesses through fractional CFO and strategic finance work.
His capital-raising work focuses on helping funds communicate their strategy, performance, and differentiation to the right investor audiences. In parallel, his fractional CFO work keeps him close to the operating and financial realities of growing businesses—informing a practical, grounded perspective on both sides of the table.
Josh is an active leader in the Wharton SoCal community and regularly hosts alumni events that bring together professional and social connections.
