The real estate team of the Wharton Club of Southern California is pleased to host a fun, informative event exploring the emerging world of Climate Tech and potential win-win decarbonization opportunities for both the environment and commercial property owners.  The event will feature a lively discussion and audience Q&A with Greg Smithies, a Wharton alum and partner leading the Climate Technology team at leading prop tech and venture capital firm Fifth Wall. Kennedy Wilson has graciously agreed to host the event. 

 

Drinks and appetizers will also be provided and there will be plenty of time and opportunities to network and catch up with fellow attendees. We hope to see you there!
