Who is Hosting The Event and Who Can Attend: This a Joint Event hosted by both The Wharton Club of Southern California and PennClubLA (NOTE: Non-Wharton Penn Alumni must sign up on the PennClubLA site here: Penn Club of Los Angeles - 2021 LA Holiday Party (pennclubla.com)). Signing up here is ONLY for Wharton alumni members and non-members of The Wharton Club of Southern California and their guests.
Guest Limit: One guest per member or non-member. Two tickets maximum per purchaser (member or non-member and their 1 guest).

Pricing: $85 Paid Members of The Wharton Club of Southern California and their guest (both MUST purchase a ticket), $115 Non-Member Wharton Alumni and their guest (both MUST purchase a ticket). Limit 1 guest per member or non-member.
Entertainment and Food: Holiday music (not live), holiday hors d'oeuvres, drinks. Price includes 2 drink tickets.
Parking: Included with your ticket. The parking lot entrance to The California Club parking is just past the entrance to public parking on your left as you proceed down Flower Street, so please make sure to park in the California Club parking garage. The California Club is on the LEFT hand side of the street. (To be clear, you will see Public Parking, then immediately after that the sign for The California Club parking, and then you will see the front door entrance to The California Club, all on your left heading down Flower Street. Flower is a one way street heading South so if you miss it, you will need to circle the block.)
IMPORTANT: Bring Your Documents To The Event: Effective November 4, 2021, per City of Los Angeles mandate, all WhartonSoCal club members and non-members and their guests will need to show BOTH proof of vaccine (CDC card or other official record) and ID (California issued ID or Passport (for international guests)) to enter The California Club. NO EXCEPTIONS! (Vax status must also be uploaded to [email protected] but this DOES NOT relieve you of the requirement to bring the physical document!)
Important, please note DRESS CODE: No blue denim jeans, no sneakers, no shorts and no t-shirts are allowed. Plan on Holiday Festive. Dress warmly for outside venue. Masks are REQUIRED when moving through the Clubhouse and can be removed ONLY when outside, eating or drinking.

Important, please note PROOF OF VACCINATION: Proof of CoVid-19 Vaccination on file prior to the event REQUIRED (send names (including the name of any guest!) and jpg file of your vaccination record to [email protected] in advance, no later than 2 days before the event, no later than Sunday, December 12, 2021, at 5pm PST; no exceptions). Those arriving at the event without this will be turned away at the door; please make sure your records are on file before you attend (and please don't make us chase you down in advance!). WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING A NEGATIVE TEST OR NATURAL IMMUNITY; YOU MUST HAVE PROOF OF VACCINATION.
Waiver and vaccination records are required for all attendees and their guests; no exceptions!
Tickets: ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY NO WALK-INS. No tickets will be available on the day of the event. Plan ahead! This event will sell out. Only 75 spaces available for each club so buy your ticket TODAY! We will cap the event at 150 attendees.
