Wharton grad Kaihan Krippendorff is the author of four business strategy books, most recently “Outthink the Competition: How a New Generation of Strategists Sees Options Others Ignore.” He is a regular lecturer at Wharton Executive Education and a popular Fastcompany.com blogger. design strategies to thrive in an agile, digital, open, purpose-driven world.
He'll walk participants through a systematic process, outlined in his book, for designing a disruptive growth strategy. Clients include Microsoft, BNY Mellon, Johnson & Johnson, Lockheed Martin, TIAA-CREF, United Technologies, and VMWare. He has also successfully applied the process to numerous mid-sized and smaller organizations with bold growth aspirations. On March 11, he will walk participants through a hands-on application of the key tools and steps of the process as participants generate new growth ideas.
