Jeff Sause (JLL): Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Los Angeles office at JLL, Jeff specializes in sourcing and executing debt and equity investments nationwide and has raised over $12 billion in capital throughout his career. Jeff holds a BA from Berkeley.
Hyung Kim (Pacific Life): Head of Real Estate Equity and Senior Managing Director at Pacific Life, Hyung is a real estate veteran with over 30 years of experience with deep expertise spanning investment, disposition, and structuring of the equity real estate portfolio. Eric Frankel
Eric Frankel is a principal of Blue Sky Acquisition Ventures, which provides commercial real estate advisory and consulting services as well as a senior advisor of Brava Management, a real estate advisor. He was previously a senior research analyst for Green Street, a commercial real estate research and data intelligence firm, and served as a sector head covering industrial, self-storage, cell tower, and cold storage REITs. He is considered an industrial real estate expert and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, CNBC, Reuters, and Wharton Business Radio.
Prior to Green Street, Mr. Frankel worked on the investments team at KTR Capital Partners, an industrial real estate-focused private equity firm that was subsequently sold to Prologis (NYSE: PLD). He received a Bachelors of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Howard Chung

Howard Chung is a Managing Director at Gemdale, where he is responsible for origination and execution of financing transactions across the firm's development and investment portfolio, and he has successfully closed over $20 billion in acquisitions and capital raising transactions across the US, China, and broader Asia Pacific. Prior to Gemdale, Howard worked in real estate private equity at Barings and Versity, development at Lendlease, real estate investment trust at Healthpeak, and investment banking at Barclays, Nomura, and Lehman Brothers. Howard holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
