Chris Rhine, Head of Active Management Strategies for Galaxy Digital, will be in our first panel on Active Portfolio Management Strategies: the Bridge between Traditional and Digital.
Following, we will have a panel entitled Crypto Fundamentals: A Discussion on the Blue Chips, the Hidden Gems, and Everything in Between with David Lawant, Director of Research at Bitwise Asset Management, and David Duong, Head of Institutional Research at Coinbase.
Our keynote speaker, Raoul Pal, respected macro investor and founder of the Real Vision Group, will conclude our conference with the Macro Framework and the Future of Digital Assets and Q&A will be open to those attending.

Raoul Pal, CEO & Co-Founder, Real Vision Group
Raoul is the Co-Founder and CEO of Real Vision Group, one of the world’s leading financial media platforms. Additionally, he publishes the Global Macro Investor, a renowned independent macro investment strategy service and is a founder of two other businesses, both in the digital asset industry - a Fund of Digital Asset Hedge Funds and a social token/NFT studio, which tokenizes the world’s largest communities for brands, music artists, sports teams etc. Formerly Raoul worked for Goldman Sachs and later ran a global macro hedge fund for GLG Partners. He lives in the Cayman Islands.

Guilherme Giserman is the Head of Digital Assets Trading at Itaú, where he was previously a Portfolio Manager of global equities. Prior to Itaú, he was the Global Equity Strategist at XP Investimentos and has worked with global equity portfolios at SPX Investimentos, BlackRock and Guggenheim. Guilherme holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Christopher Rhine, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager at Galaxy Digital focused on actively managed, liquid crypto investment strategies. He brings over 20 years of investment experience to Galaxy’s Asset Management business, most recently at Cohen & Steers where he served as Head of Thematic Strategies, including Digital Infrastructure, Global Logistics, and Sustainable Resources strategies. He was also Head of Natural Resource Equities and a Portfolio Manager on the Global Listed Infrastructure team. Prior to Cohen & Steers, Mr. Rhine worked at BlackRock as an analyst and Portfolio Manager on the firm’s Global Opportunities team. Mr. Rhine has an MBA from New York University and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Drexel University.
David Lawant, Director of Research, Bitwise Asset Management
David Lawant is the Director of Research at Bitwise Asset Management. Previously, he worked for over ten years as an equity research analyst for JP Morgan and the largest investment bank in Latin America. David was ranked 13 times in the Institutional Investor Ranking among the leading analysts in his space. David holds a BA in Electrical Engineering from Sao Paulo’s University and a Master of Science in Management degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He was also a co-author of the guide to Bitcoin, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency for Investment Professionals published by the CFA Research Institute.
David Duong, CFA, Head of Institutional Research, Coinbase
David currently leads the cryptocurrency research effort for institutional clients of Coinbase, examining crypto valuation models, market views, protocol risks and macro trends. He was previously the Head of Latin America FX Research at HSBC managing coverage on emerging markets and has spent over 17 years working in rates, macroeconomics and quantitative modeling. David has a BA in computer science and political science from Colgate University and a MSc from the London School of Economics. He is also a CFA charterholder.
