Overview of the Group
The Wharton SoCal C-Circle is a community of senior executives and business owners dedicated to fostering collaboration, exchanging insights, and addressing challenges in business and organizational leadership. Participation is free upon being accepted with Wharton SoCal membership.
Who Should Join?
The Wharton SoCal C-Circle is open to Wharton SoCal members who meet the following criteria:
- Business owners, CEOs, or senior leaders with annual P&L responsibility exceeding $5 million (business size is not a factor).
- Currently based in Southern California.
- Interested in connecting with like-minded peers to discuss business strategies and organizational topics in a supportive and dynamic environment.
In addition, we have a screening process for any new members that want to join this group.
Meeting Schedule
The C-Circle convenes six times per year, with five regular meetings and a special holiday dinner:
- Regular Meetings: Held in the evening on the 4th Wednesday of even-numbered months, these sessions focus on mastery topics relevant to business and organizational leadership.
- Holiday Dinner: The final gathering of the year is a celebratory dinner, typically hosted in Los Angeles.
Meeting Format
Each meeting is designed to deliver maximum value through a structured yet interactive format:
- Introductions: Begin with a round of brief introductions, allowing members to share updates and connect on a personal level.
- Mastery Presentation: Features an in-depth presentation on a key business or organizational topic, followed by a group discussion.
Whether you're looking to validate a new business idea, seek guidance on scaling operations, or explore strategic partnerships, the Wharton SoCal C-Circle offers an ideal forum to tap into the collective expertise of the Wharton network.
