Susan Lucas-Conwell WG83
With 20+ years of international leadership, Board and advisory experience, Susan Lucas-Conwell WG83 is recognized for inspiring leadership, strategic thinking and a successful track record in translating innovation into growth. Most recently Executive Vice President of CSIRO US, she opened the Silicon Valley innovation center and managed North America for Australia’s national science organization. An NACD Fellow, she has extensive Board, advisory experience (Sparrho, Women in Sports Technology, Growth Resources Inc., Tiatros).
Previously, Susan developed a deep expertise in corporate innovation/venture at Global 1000's (Siemens TTB , Sapphire Ventures) and is on the Advisory Board of the Global Corporate Venture & Innovation Summit. As Global CEO and Board Director at Great Place to Work Institute, she re-invented the business model to increase annual revenues by 30%. Her extensive start-up expertise as founder and advisor has enriched the strategic thinking and value-add she brings regarding external innovation. After an MBA at The Wharton School, she acquired strong consumer goods marketing experience in the US and France.
