Tama Smith is a strategic thought leader with a demonstrated ability to identify, connect, and quantify trends in growing markets across a wide range of industries. Currently, Tama is the head of Women Living a Richer Life at Brighton Jones where she utilizes her skill set as a futurist to help this $15 billion wealth advisory firm capitalize on the most rapidly growing segments in this industry. She has designed and launched innovative business services aimed at empowering women to meet their unique financial needs. As the CEO of The Tyra Banks Company, Tama owned the P&L for a $100 million global and consumer company and expanded the $1 billion company’s flagship television franchises via syndication and licensing deals in five international markets. She closed a beauty-oriented joint venture with pre-IPO Demand Media, grew the brand’s global awareness, and initiated new ventures in digital media, fashion and cosmetics, and venture capital. Tama has extensive board experience with prominent non-profits and two corporate advisory roles, including Syndio Solutions, Inc. and Stylyze LLC. Tama was also the Board Chairman & President for Wharton's Global Alumni Executive Board from 2006-2011. During her tenure, she was awarded the highest alumni honor at the University of Pennsylvania in 2008: The Alumni Award of Merit, for outstanding results in engaging/galvanizing Wharton’s network of over 92,000 alumni located across 153 different countries. Tama received a B.S. degree from the University of California at Berkeley, studied at the London Business School, and earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

As a chief legal and strategy officer, Sheila Bangalore honed her legal/compliance, corporate strategy and governance experience over 20 years in senior roles across multinational, highly regulated, technology (B2B/C) and retail businesses, including Zappos, Bally Technologies, Aristocrat Gaming and MP Materials. Sheila’s results-oriented focus, collaborative style and ability to develop and lead high-performing, diverse teams enable growth and transformation. Sheila received her MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, her JD from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, and her BA from Tufts University.
