Come join your friends and meet new ones at this special breakfast event co-hosted by The Wharton Club of Southern California and the Chicago Booth Women’s Club of LA on Tuesday, February 27th at 8:15 AM PST.
Have you ever felt like you’re not always living up to the image you have of a “leader”? Or maybe you feel you are an effective leader but would like to unlock that next level of influence? Whether you think of yourself as a leader or not, the truth is, we are all leaders.
Being a leader means taking responsibility for your world, and understanding the impact you have on your world. To understand your impact you have to have awareness about which “dimension” of leadership you’re standing in to then access the right tool set you need to be the most effective leader you can be.
Come learn a multi-dimensional model of leadership to see where you’re showing up most often and how that may be helping or hindering you. Most of us have learned to rely primarily on one modality of leadership, but we can strengthen each dimension of leadership to then apply the one that will be most effective at the time we need it. We look forward to sharing the model and then hearing about your experiences with the different dimensions of leadership.
Our leadership and networking event will be led by Danielle Gopen Chicago Booth ‘14 for a candid and thoughtful discussion to leave us feeling more connected and empowered in our leadership capabilities.
