Cauldron Ice Cream (cauldronicecream.com) features innovative flavors made by liquid nitrogen, which instant-freeze the ice cream at -321 degrees, eliminating the ice crystals and making the ice cream extra creamy. Then ice cream is presented to customers in the shape of a Rose. The final product is very instagramable, and that’s why the customers come to the shop not only for creamy ice cream but also for a show or an experience. Top selling flavors are Sea Salted Caramel Crunch, Sun Moon & Stars (Jasmine, Oolong and Green Tea), and Earl Grey Lavender.
